Complete gas turbine fuel
nozzle servicing, primarily for General Electric and Westinghouse
engines includes inspection, cleaning, testing, repairs
and modifications. Inspection involves visual and dimensional
checks. Cleaning is performed ultrasonically and with pressure
flushing to remove carbon build-up, rust and other contaminants.
Testing is performed in accordance with original manufacturer's
recommended procedures and includes fuel flow and air flow
tests, pressure checking for leaks, and spray angle and
spray quality tests as required. Worn or damaged parts are
repaired or replaced as required. All fuel nozzles serviced
are returned to customers with a complete set of test data. |
