ADA2000 Advanced Data Acquisition and Control System

Bauer’s ADA2000 Advanced Data Acquisition and Control System was specifically designed for aircraft component testing. The software is built on the National Instrument’s LabVIEW® for Windows® data acquisition product and configured for each application to interface with test stand sensors, control devices and the operator. The system provides many interactive functions which greatly enhance information available to the test stand operator and also creates a highly visual test environment to facilitate the decision making process.

Bauer’s ADA2000 Advanced Data Acquisition and Control System is completely user configurable and highly flexible to provide the level of functionality most appropriate for each application. ADA2000 System features include:

Manual, Semi-Automatic or fully Automatic Process Control
“Point and pick” menus throughout the system.
Test sequences designed to resemble typical CMM or TO formats.
     Operator instruction notes also supported.
Display of real-time test parameter values along with their associated
     acceptable performance limits (Dynamic Limit Checking with alarms).
Unlimited number of PID control loops.
Test session results data logging, analysis and reporting.
Test parameter, test sequence and test results databases all interface with
     Microsoft Excel® and Access®.
Unlimited number of system access security levels.
