The Bauer Model 8071 Universal Wheel Build Up Stand is a prime example of this type of equipment. A wheel and brake shop starting out may only require the capabilities to service small aircraft or a limited number of aircraft. As their business grows with new opportunities, additional wheel adapters can be added from our database of over 225 wheel adapters that can be used with the Bauer Universal Wheel Build Up Stand. Included in our database are wheel adapters to service the new generation of aircraft, the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A380. In addition, we now can supply a universal adapter for the flanged wheel.

As the need for quality and improving efficiency increases, the Bauer Model 8731 Automated Wheel Assembly Torquing System is playing a major role in filling that need. When used with the Bauer Model 8071 Universal Wheel Build Up Stand, the wheel assembly is completed accurately every time. In addition, the data can be printed out to accompany each wheel assembly or stored for future use.

As the demand for wheel and brake shop equipment grows, so do the products we offer. This includes adding a fixed position small wheel build up stand, brake cleaning equipment and nitrogen equipment, which is presently in the planning stage, to support our tire inflation line of equipment.
