This support continues throughout our Warranty period and beyond, through the entire useful life of our products.

In addition to products manufactured by Bauer, we also provide support for test equipment produced by other manufacturers.

Bauer Customer Support includes:

• Equipment Repair - On-site or in our facility.
• Replacement Parts - Products manufactured by Bauer are supported with guaranteed replacement parts for the entire useful life of the equipment. Recommended two-year spare parts are offered to customers to keep-on-hand with every large equipment purchase. Bauer will also support other manufacturers' equipment, replacing obsolete components or hard-to-find parts.
• Technical Support - By telephone/fax/e-mail or on-site.
• Equipment Maintenance - Scheduled preventative maintenance services for Bauer equipment or others.
• Calibration Services - Typically on-site and as part of an equipment maintenance program.
• Training Services - On-site or in our facility.
• Equipment Modifications and Upgrades - We will modify existing Bauer products or equipment manufactured by others to add new capability or functionality. Bauer will also upgrade existing equipment to incorporate modern instrumentation or data acquisition systems. Equipment may be modified, upgraded or completely refurbished either on-site or in our facility, depending on the scope of work to be performed.
• Engine Test Cell Modifications and Upgrades - Modifications to add new engine test capability and upgrades of existing test cell instrumentation systems.
• Equipment Evaluation and Repair Services - Including systems and component evaluation of older equipment manufactured by Bauer or others.
• Documentation - Replacement Operation & Maintenance Manuals for Bauer equipment.
